Wedding Wipeout~ A Rabbi Kappelmacher mystery

Amateur sleuth, Rabbi Kappelmacher takes it upon himself, with Rabbi Steinmetz in tow, to investigate the murder of Florence Eisenstein, who is found dead the day after her wedding. This is the story of two elderly sisters living off their wealthy father’s estate. Their father’s will has stipulations as to if either sister marries one will lose their share of the estate. The scene is set when the entire wedding party stays over night and awakens to this mysterious death.
I surprisingly enjoyed this story. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, as I had won a copy of this book on Goodreads-First Reads. The story is filled with humor and Yiddish expressions. With an interesting cast of characters, the story keeps you guessing, or thinking about “who done it”. Well written by the author. Definitely fits a “cozy mystery” genre and worth the read.
